Hi, I’m Kevin Nunneley, owner and operator of Hillside Home Services. I founded HHS to offer Calabasas Agoura Hills, Westlake, and the surrounding Conejo Valley something different: a home-service experience defined by analytical precision, guaranteed quality, and real respect for your home and time.

I’m a proud West Valley native, born and raised right here in the area — I even played for the Calabasas Raiders growing up. In my teen years, my family moved to the Conejo Valley, where I continued to grow up and build the local roots that still shape me today. This lifelong connection to both the West Valley and Conejo communities means I’m deeply invested in serving the people and neighborhoods I’ve known for decades.
My approach is shaped by a blend of technical and hands-on experience—from studying Mathematics, Economics, and Philosophy at UC Santa Barbara to growing up in a family of third-generation builders. That background allows me to bring a careful, analytical mindset and detail-driven craftsmanship to every project.
